Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for board credit plans and, once available, accessory orders.
1. Board credit plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan once payment is enabled, you may request a refund of the most recent plan charge within 14 days, provided fewer than five board credits from that cycle have been used. Unused Starter credits carry no charge.
2. Accessory orders
For physical accessories, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to arrange a return.
3. While payment is pending
Online payment is being connected. While checkout shows payment provider pending, no money changes hands, so there is nothing to refund. This policy takes full effect once payment is live.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@albionpet.shop with your account email and order or plan details.
- Tell us the reason so we can help promptly.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
5. Non-refundable items
Used board credits and accessories returned damaged through misuse are not refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
